Description	AZI2 Antibody (YA2226) is a non-conjugated IgG antibody, targeting AZI2, with a predicted molecular weight of 45 kDa (observed band size: 45 kDa). AZI2 Antibody (YA2226) can be used for WB experiment in human, rat background.
Background	AZI2 is an adapter protein that binds TBK1 and IKBKE, playing a role in antiviral innate immunity. It activates the serine/threonine-protein kinase TBK1 and facilitates its oligomerization, enhancing TBK1-mediated phosphorylation of the NF-kappa-B p65 subunit RELA. Additionally, AZI2 promotes TBK1-induced, TNF-alpha-induced, or PMA-induced NF-kappa-B activation and participates in IFNB promoter activation via TICAM1. by similar: AZI2's functions are associated with interactions involving TBK1 and IKBKE, NF-kappa-B activation, and IFNB promoter regulation.
