Description	ATG10 Antibody (YA4485) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 antibody, targeting to ATG10. It can be applicated for WB, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.
Background	ATG10 is an E2-like enzyme involved in autophagy, which catalyzes the conjugation of ATG12 to ATG5. The conjugation of ATG12 to ATG5 is essential for autophagy. ATG10 likely serves as an ATG5-recognition molecule but is not involved in ATG12 conjugation to ATG3 (By similarity). Additionally, ATG10 plays a role in adenovirus-mediated cell lysis.
