Because it can specifically bind to FMC63 scFv, it shows low background, high specificity and strong sensitivity, and is often used to detect CAR expression from FMC63 scFv. This antibody is an anti-idiotype antibody - it detects the anti-CD19 clone FMC63. It has a human IgG1 backbone.
