In Vivo

ABBV-712 (100 mg/kg; oral administration; BID/QD; 5 days) has a protective effect in the mouse ear dermatitis model and can reduce the ear thickness of mice[1].
ABBV-712 (10-600 mg/kg; oral administration; single dose) can inhibit the production of IFN-γ in a dose-dependent manner in mice stimulated with IL-12/IL-18[1].

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
