1-Bromo-3-iodobenzene acts as a dihaloarene substrate in the palladium-catalyzed three-component tandem reaction, enabling the one-pot synthesis of unsymmetrical biaryl thioglycosides with thiosugars and arylboronic acids via the selective formation of S-C and C-C bonds for efficient transformation2.
