    TBI-223 is an orally active oxazolidinone antibiotic and an antimicrobial. TBI-223 shows activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb). TBI-223 exhibits an IC50 of 68 μg/mL for inhibiting mitochondrial protein synthesis (MPS) in HepG2 cells.
