MCE 293T-derived exosomes are high-purity extracellular vesicles isolated and purified from the supernatant of serum-free cultured 293T cells, with particle sizes ranging from 30 to 150 nm. They are intended for research use and are suitable for transmission electron microscopy (TEM), nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA), nucleic acid and protein analysis, as well as cellular and in vivo studies.

Note: Fully lyse the exosomes prior to WB detection. It is recommended to ues Exosome Protein Lysis Buffer (MCE Cat. No.: HY-K0001).

  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

    Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
