α-Amylase-IN-14 (Compound 2h) (20-100 μM, 30 min) exhibits a half-maximal inhibitory concentration IC50 value of 12.88 μM against DPPH[1].
α-Amylase-IN-14 (20-100 μM) exhibits a half-maximal inhibitory concentration IC50 value of 16.35 μM against ABTS[1].
α-Amylase-IN-14 (2-10 μg, 10 min) exhibits a half-maximal inhibitory concentration IC50 value of 1.516 μg against α-Amylase[1].
α-Amylase-IN-14 (20-100 μM, 15 min) shows anti-inflammatory with IC50 value of 21.69 μM in human blood sample[1].
